Echo’s Big Weekend
Echo had quite the weekend. After a month of stellar behavior, Echo fell off the wagon. Friday, she snagged and destroyed a full box of kleenex and the contents of a trash can. Saturday she rested - gearing up for Sunday. Sunday she reduced a wooden spoon to splinters, munched on a running shoe insole, and her piece de resistance was the destruction of one Peter’s good leather shoes. Peter was not happy. I believe he told Echo that she was “no longer his friend”.
But the banishment didn’t last for long and Peter is back to cooing over the “Little Bug.” However, it looks like we’re back to keeping absolutely everything out the Menace’s reach. 
As Maia said, “It’s not Echo’s fault that shoes are delicious.”
