During the second week in May, the demolition started. I don’t know what I was expecting. I knew the roof would go. But there’s a difference between knowing and actually seeing it gone! At this point, it began to look as if a hurricane went through. But, this was just the beginning.

My Government Hill house, although truly wonderful, had a few issues. One of which was that it was not sealed very tightly.
